New Producer Registration

If you are interested in becoming a producer partner with Sterling SIA to represent our self-insurance and wellness products to your clients, please complete the information below and click on the Submit button. You will be contacted by a Sterling SIA sales representative to discuss our producer agreement. If you are already a producer partner with Sterling HSA to represent our HSA, FSA, HRA and COBRA product line, you will need to complete a new Sterling SIA producer agreement to represent self-insurance and wellness products. If not, we would be happy to help you with the Sterling HSA Producer Agreement as well.
